Description

These blank label rolls are Thermal Transfer BOPP Matt material, with a Permanent adhesive, where each label is 37mm wide and 30mm high. There are 3500 labels per roll across 4 rolls, making for a total of 14,000 labels. For each roll, the core diameter is 76mm (i.e. the size of the cardboard inner), and the labels are wound out (i.e. the labels are facing outside of the roll).

Thermal Transfer Labels are a type of label that uses heat to transfer ink from a ribbon onto the label material.  The process involves a thermal printhead that applies heat to the ribbon, melting the ink and transferring it onto the label surface. This creates a bond that is resistant to smudging and fading, ensuring the label remains legible over time.

Our Thermal Transfer BOPP (Biaxially Oriented Polypropylene) Matt Permanent labels are commonly used when needing water and tear resistant, durable labels with permanent adhesive in both indoor and outdoor environments, e.g. plant nurseries.
