These blank label rolls are Direct Thermal Paper Matt material, with a Permanent adhesive, where each label is 58mm wide and 40mm high. There are 750 labels per roll across 30 rolls, making for a total of 22,500 labels. For each roll, the core diameter is 40mm (i.e. the size of the cardboard inner), and the labels are wound out (i.e. the labels are facing outside of the roll).

Direct Thermal Labels are printed by thermal printers by applying heat directly to the label material.  The material is coated with a heat-sensitive layer, which darkens when exposed to the printer’s thermal print head.  Eliminating the need for ink, toner, or ribbons, direct thermal labels are ideal for short-term applications.

Our Direct Thermal Scale Labels are specifically manufactured and sized for use in industrial scales, with brands such as Digi, Mettler Toledo, Cas Scales, Ishida, Ohaus, Avery, Bizerba, TEC, and more.
