Description
These blank label rolls are Thermal Transfer PET Matt material, with a Permanent adhesive, where each label is 70mm wide and 32mm high. There are 2000 labels per roll across 8 rolls, making for a total of 16,000 labels. For each roll, the core diameter is 38mm (i.e. the size of the cardboard inner), and the labels are wound out (i.e. the labels are facing outside of the roll).
Thermal Transfer Labels are a type of label that uses heat to transfer ink from a ribbon onto the label material. The process involves a thermal printhead that applies heat to the ribbon, melting the ink and transferring it onto the label surface. This creates a bond that is resistant to smudging and fading, ensuring the label remains legible over time.
Our Thermal Transfer PET (Polyethylene Terephthate) Matt Permanent labels are commonly used in indoor and outdoor high use areas where a long lasting, durable, tear and waterproof permanent labels are required e.g. outdoor asset labelling.
