These blank label rolls are Direct Thermal Paper Matt material, with a Permanent adhesive, where each label is 80mm wide and 40mm high. There are 1000 labels per roll across 5 rolls, making for a total of 5000 labels. For each roll, the core diameter is 38mm (i.e. the size of the cardboard inner), and the labels are wound out (i.e. the labels are facing outside of the roll).

Direct Thermal Labels are printed by thermal printers by applying heat directly to the label material.  The material is coated with a heat-sensitive layer, which darkens when exposed to the printer’s thermal print head.  Eliminating the need for ink, toner, or ribbons, direct thermal labels are ideal for short-term applications.

Permanent direct thermal labels are commonly used in various industries, including retail, logistics, and healthcare, for tasks such as barcoding, shipping, and product labelling which require a permanent application.
