These blank label rolls are Direct Thermal Eco Matt material, with a Permanent adhesive, where each label is 99mm wide and 148mm high. There are 350 labels per roll across 40 rolls, making for a total of 14,000 labels. For each roll, the core diameter is 38mm (i.e. the size of the cardboard inner), and the labels are wound in (i.e. the labels are facing inside of the roll), with perforations between each label.

Direct Thermal Labels are printed by thermal printers by applying heat directly to the label material.  The material is coated with a heat-sensitive layer, which darkens when exposed to the printer’s thermal print head.  Eliminating the need for ink, toner, or ribbons, direct thermal labels are ideal for short-term applications.

Permanent direct thermal labels are commonly used in various industries, including retail, logistics, and healthcare, for tasks such as barcoding, shipping, and product labelling which require a permanent application.
